Contracting Manager
Job Description: Job Location: Sadat City headquarter + Different Locations
-Reports to: General Manager
-Achieving preset yearly and monthly targets according to company’s objectives and goals as follows:
• 3750 feddans by 2018
• 6000 feddans by 2019
• 15000 feddans by 2020
• 25000 feddans by 2021
-Identifying targeted agricultural companies and contacting them in order to contract with them for planting of tomatoes.
-Setting the contracting plan according to company objectives in order to cover all Egypt’s governorates.
-Working closely with the General Manager in organizing and following up the work plan of the company in order to achieve the required goals.
-Attending meetings and designing action plans with tasks assigned for each one concerned and following up on tasks implementation.
-Approachingthe companies in order to contract with them for planting of tomatoes.
-Travelling to the different agricultural sites for coordination and contract implementation.
-Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports regarding the work progress.
